Dining Area: Dining table, seating for 4.
Bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin with hand crafted patchwork quilts and English feather pillows. Fitted robes, lamps, bedside tables and sun blinds in both.
Kitchen: Halogen hob and full oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, sandwich maker, coffee maker, iron and board.
Bathroom: 1 bathroom with full suite and over bath shower.Heater.
Outside: furnished balcony with seating for 4, utility area, heated swimming pool, sun terrace.
General: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Suitability: Pets not allowed. Children welcome. Suitable for elderly or infirm, building is wheelchair accessible with lift and ramp. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms.
Local Activities: Swimming, tennis, bowling, go-karts, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing.

A booking form will be emailed on request.
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit will become payable, equal to 25percent of the rental price.
Six weeks prior to arrival, the balance, together with the damage deposit will become payable.
Directions to the apartment will be sent with confirmation of the booking.
Our local agent will meet you at the apartment to offer you a warm welcome, hand over the keys etc. The keys must be handed back to our agent on your departure.
