If your required dates are not available or if you are holidaying with others, please contact us as we act as managing agents for a number of our neighbours within the complex.

Please Note:

The above prices are per week and for rental of the apartment, NOT per person.

A 50 Euro cleaning charge will apply and is payable locally, on your departure. Again, this is for the apartment and NOT per person.This charge will only apply once throughout the duration of the rental period.

Please note that a key and damage deposit of £50 will be retained and only refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment and return of key.

Winter Holidays

Between the months of October and March, stays of 4 weeks and over are charged at £90 per week, inclusive of all utilities.

Our pool is open all year as are the shops, bars and restaurants.

Welcome Packs

For an approx cost of £10, we can provide a Welcome Pack.
Ideal for those arriving in the evening, a typical pack would include; coffee, milk, soft drink, water,
bread, cheese, butter, jam and snacks.
Other items can be requested but may incur an additional charge.
