Buying A Property
Torrevieja is a Spanish beach resort with something for everyone.
Blackpool it's not but neither is it a quiet backwater. Torrevieja is a thriving and bustling town, cosmopolitan and yet with a heart that is very Spanish.
This page serves only as an introduction. To really get a feel for Torrevieja, you need to feel it's heartbeat, explore it's streets and lie on it's beaches. Only then will you know and love our favourite town on the White Coast, which is, the Costa Blanca.

Location
Torrevieja is situated in the Southern Costa Blanca. The town lies half way between Alicante Airport to the North and Murcia Airport to the South and just 35km from either.
The area has excellent road links. The N332 is the only road you need to follow from either airport, leading straight into Torrevieja. The new A37 Motorway has tolls but is very quiet!

Climate
According to the World Health Organisation, Torrevieja has one of the healthiest climates in the world. This is mainly thanks to the salt lakes and surrounding mountains, providing a climate that is reported to be good for easing the pain associated with arthritis and rheumatism.
Certainly 320 days of sunshine, an average yearly temperature of 18 degrees celcius and a very low annual rainfall, isn't going to do you any harm!
